Shipping and Returns

Delivery
Delivery rates and times in the Netherlands:
• For orders of €99 or more, delivery is free via PostNL.
• If the total order amount is less than €99, delivery in the Netherlands via PostNL is €7.49.
• Items are shipped to your specified address within 3-7 business days.

Return Policy
The Buyer does not have the right to return the following items:
• Pharmaceutical products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical aids.
• Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, damaged the packaging of, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions by the Buyer, as well as incomplete items (e.g., missing parts, missing user manuals, or warranty booklets).
• Other goods which the Seller may refuse to accept for return in accordance with EU regulations.

Goods are considered to be of good quality if:
• The expiration date has not passed.
• They do not contain prohibited substances.
• Storage conditions prior to handover to the Buyer were appropriate.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged, and their packaging is intact.

Conditions for Returning or Exchanging Goods
Non-defective goods being returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and retaining their commercial appearance (labels must be attached and intact, protective films must not be removed, etc.).
• Unused.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping costs are not covered.

The item must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• With the same completeness (set) as it was received.
• Accompanied by the purchase document, warranty card (if issued), user manuals, and other accessories belonging to the item.

The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the item, exchange it, or refund the money paid if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The item is incomplete.
• The item is damaged or untidy.
• The item is not properly packaged.
