Learn more about this product Softgel food supplement with natural beta-carotene from algae D. salina (provitamin A), naturally derived vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) and vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), dissolved in MCT oil from coconut. Would you like to improve your immunity and take care of the condition of muscles, joints and bones? Or are you looking for a way to maintain healthy skin? Get a complex of four fat-soluble vitamins. ADEK vitamins can support your body in various ways. Each substance has specific properties - their use together can show synergistic effects. Vitamin A and vitamin D are responsible for the proper functioning of the immune system and are also involved in the process of cell division. Meanwhile, vitamin D, together with vitamin K, helps maintain healthy bones. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of optimal mucous membranes, supports skin condition and proper vision, and also supports proper iron metabolism. Beta-carotene from algae - the most active isomer of vitamin A, provitamin and its main source - contributes to increasing the skin's basic protection against UV rays and has a positive effect on its health and appearance. Studies have shown that beta-carotene supplements provide protection against burns and skin damage and premature aging, even in cases of intense sunlight. Vitamin D is essential for the smooth functioning of the immune system and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Studies show that the so-called sunshine vitamin can reduce the risk of infections and also contribute to increasing bone mineral density. In addition, it supports the proper functioning of muscles, affecting their strength and neuromuscular coordination. It is also responsible for maintaining optimal calcium levels in the blood and the proper use of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. It belongs to the group of antioxidants - it is the most abundant fat-soluble antioxidant in tissues - and its consumption maintains balance in the body. Vitamin K is involved in the proper blood clotting process and has a positive effect on the skeleton. Menaquinone-7 (MK-7), one of the forms of vitamin K2, has been shown to have the highest bioavailability and may promote bone health. Insufficient intake of vitamins ADEK can cause various undesirable symptoms. Vitamin A deficiency is associated with the development of dry eye syndrome (xerophthalmia), night blindness, as well as an increased risk of respiratory and anemia diseases. The best sources of this vitamin are beef liver, fish, eggs, dairy products (e.g. cheese, yogurt) and green leafy vegetables (e.g. spinach). Vitamin A occurs in the diet in two forms: preformed vitamin A and provitamin A carotenoids. Beta-carotene is one of the main carotenoids - you can find it in our supplement. Too low levels of vitamin D in the body can contribute to bone mineralization disorders, which lead to skeletal deformities and an increased risk of osteoporosis and osteopenia. Supplementing its deficiencies through diet is not easy, as few foods contain it. Sources of vitamin D from the sun include fatty fish (such as salmon, trout, mackerel, and tuna) and fish liver oils. This vitamin occurs in foods and supplements mainly in two forms: ergocalciferol (D2) and cholecalciferol (D3). It is usually obtained through exposure to sunlight. Vitamin E deficiency is not common. Symptoms of inadequate intake of this vitamin in youth include peripheral neuropathy, ataxia, retinopathy, and immune system disorders. The best sources of this compound are nuts (such as hazelnuts) and seeds (such as sunflower seeds). D-alpha-tocopherol (a natural and easily absorbed form of vitamin E) can also be found in vegetable oils (such as soybean, wheat germ, and sunflower oils) and green leafy vegetables (such as spinach). Vitamin K has two natural forms: K1 (phylloquinone) and K2 (menaquinone). Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is the highly bioavailable form of vitamin K2. Deficiency of this compound can lead to reduced bone mineralization and bleeding disorders. It occurs mainly in fermented foods (such as natto) and animal products. ADEK vitamins are a combination of four substances: natural beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina algae (provitamin A), a stable and bioavailable form of vitamin D3 naturally derived from lanolin (Quali®-D), a natural and highly absorbable form of vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) and a highly absorbable form of vitamin K2 (K2VITAL®MK7). OSAVI ADEK vitamins are available in easy-to-swallow softgels filled with MCT oil, obtained exclusively from the oil produced from the fruit of the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera). The recommended daily dose (1 capsule), which we recommend taking with or immediately after food, contains 800 μg vitamin A, 12 mg vitamin E, 75 μg vitamin K (100% RWS) and 1000 IU = 25 μg vitamin D3 (500% RWS).
