Swanson Albion® Copper is a highly absorbable form of this trace mineral that is used by the body in multiple enzymatic body processes, including the production of hemoglobin—a protein that promotes tissue oxygenation and thereby energy throughout the body—as well as heart muscle contraction and blood vessel function. It is needed for healthy cell membranes and connective tissues, nervous system function and bone growth.
