B-Complex with Choline & Inositol - 120 vegan caps

Food supplement in the form of a hard capsule containing a complex of 8 B vitamins, enriched with choline (VitaCholine) and inositol, also known as vitamin B8. Do you want to improve the condition of your nervous system and enjoy high energy levels? Check if you are getting enough B vitamins. They are responsible for the smooth functioning of many processes in the body, contributing, among other things, to the reduction of fatigue and the proper functioning of the immune system. Choose B-complex with choline and inositol and take care of your condition on many levels. B vitamins are a complex of eight water-soluble vitamins that are essential for the proper functioning of the body. They mainly affect the condition of the nervous system, brain health and energy levels. This group includes: Vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid) and B12 (cobalamin). Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B7 and B12 support normal psychological function, nervous system function and energy metabolism. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin help to obtain energy from carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Niacin, on the other hand, will also break down carbohydrates and fats, but this breakdown mainly occurs during physical exercise. The effect of B vitamins on normal blood production cannot be ignored. Pyridoxine, folic acid and cobalamin contribute to the normal production of red blood cells, low levels of which can cause anemia. In addition, they help the immune system to function optimally and, together with choline, support homocysteine metabolism. Vitamins B2, B6, B12, folic acid, niacin and pantothenic acid also have a significant effect on reducing tiredness and fatigue. What are the properties of the individual B vitamins? Thiamine - or vitamin B1 - is often found in food supplements in the form of thiamine hydrochloride, and its active form is the diphosphate, to which it is converted in the body. The main sources of thiamine are whole grains, meat and fish. Riboflavin, or vitamin B2, is mainly found in three forms: free riboflavin, flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) and flavin mononucleotide (FMN, riboflavin 5'-phosphate). Riboflavin can be obtained by consuming, for example, eggs, organ meats, lean meat and milk. Niacin, or vitamin B3, is found in the form of nicotinic acid, nicotinamide (niacinamide) and related derivatives such as nicotinamide riboside. Niacin can be obtained from animal (e.g., poultry, beef) or plant (e.g., nuts, legumes) foods. Pantothenic acid is one form of vitamin B5, and coenzyme A (CoA) is its biologically active form. Vitamin B5 deficiency is rare, largely because pantothenic acid is found in many foods. For example, it can be found in large amounts in chicken, beef, organ meats, whole grains, and some vegetables. The term "vitamin B6" encompasses 6 interconvertible compounds. These include pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, and the phosphate esters of these compounds. Pyridoxal 5'phosphate (PLP) and pyridoxamine 5'phosphate (PMP) are the active coenzyme forms of vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 can be found in the diet in liver, fish, organ meats, and starchy vegetables, among others. Biotin, or vitamin B7, is primarily associated with skin, hair, and nail health. Biotin is found primarily in organ meats, eggs, fish, meat, seeds, and nuts. Folate, also known as vitamin B9, is a general term for naturally occurring pterin derivatives, including folic acid, found in foods or added to dietary supplements. The methylated, biologically active form of vitamin B9 is L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF). Its supplementation benefits are particularly important for people with a mutation in the MTHF gene that impairs the ability to convert folate to its active form, 5-MTHF. Examples of good sources include spinach, liver, and Brussels sprouts. Vitamin B12 is called cobalamin because it contains the mineral cobalt. It is found in various forms, most commonly as cyanocobalamin and active methylcobalamin in supplements. This substance is mainly found in animal products (e.g. meat, fish, eggs and dairy products). The B complex of vitamins - as a group of energy-generating nutrients - is particularly important for active people. Therefore, it is important to ensure that it is supplied with the diet. It is worth noting that a deficiency in a particular B vitamin is usually associated with low levels of other B vitamins. Typical symptoms of deficiency include skin symptoms, clotting, hair loss, nervous system disorders (e.g. headaches, irritability, apathy, memory problems), fatigue, cardiovascular disorders or anemia. Choline and inositol are also often included in the B vitamin group, although they do not meet the definition of vitamins. Choline, known as 'vitamin B4', plays an important role in cell membrane signaling, lipid transport and metabolism, early brain development, etc. It also supports liver function, and its deficiency can lead to disorders of this organ. Choline sources are mainly animal products (e.g. meat, fish, eggs) and cruciferous vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds and whole grains. Inositol, also known as 'vitamin B8', has a multifaceted effect as a component of phospholipids and cell membranes and a precursor for the synthesis of hormone signals. It can also have a positive effect on metabolic disorders. This substance is found, for example, in legumes, nuts and some fresh fruits and vegetables. B-complex with choline and inositol includes well-selected forms of vitamins, taking into account their activity and health benefits. In addition to containing all B vitamins in high concentrations, it is also enriched with choline (VitaCholine®) and inositol. The product is in the form of easy-to-swallow small capsules and does not contain unnecessary additives, so you can enjoy a convenient and safe supplement. We recommend taking one capsule per day, preferably in the morning. Why might someone benefit from B-complex with choline and inositol? - Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function, the functioning of the nervous system and energy-yielding metabolism. - Vitamins B6, B12 and folate contribute to the normal function of the immune system. - Vitamins B2, B6, B12, folate, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. - Folate, vitamins B6 and B12 and choline contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
