240 mg GLA Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acid Expeller-pressed, Hexane-free Borage Oil is a nutritional oil that is 60% polyunsaturated fat and approximately twice the amount of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) as evening primrose oil. GLA is an essential fatty acid that the body can produce from dietary linoleic acid; however, it may be more efficiently utilized for bodily functions when supplied directly through dietary sources.
