Ingredients: Water and Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate
Recommended Use: Spray 2-5 times onto skin and massage into area. Magnesium Topical Spray may feel slightly greasy upon application, but it is not an oil and will absorb quickly. You may see a white residue around the applied areas; this is just leftover salt that can be wiped off. To make a foot soak, add 1-2 oz. to warm water. and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.
