INGREDIENTS: Calcium carbonate, zinc gluconate, filler: microstarch cellulose, cellulose gel; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), L-selenomethionine, antioxidants: fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl bursin), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), humectant: glycerol.
DOSE: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food.
