NOW Sunflower Liquid Lecithin contains phosphatidylcholine, which is the most abundant phospholipid in cell membranes. It is also naturally rich in phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, and essential fatty acids. Lecithin helps emulsify fats, allowing them to be dispersed in water. NOW Sunflower Liquid Lecithin is soy-free and non-GMO.
